A Place Where the Land, the Food, and the Future Come Back to Life

Picture standing beside a cold, clear creek that winds for three-quarters of a mile through a cathedral-like hardwood forest, sunlight flashing off moss-covered boulders while the air smells of wet stone and leaves. Just beyond the trees, greenhouses rise gently from the earth itself —

not imposing, but integrated — creating a living landscape where food grows year-round in mineral-rich soil designed to restore health to people and planet alike. This is not a concept or a pitch deck. It is a real, breathtaking 120+ acre farm near Belews Lake, and we are building it carefully, deliberately, and for the long term.

We’re inviting one early investor to earn reliable, fully secured passive income while helping bring this vision to life.

A Clear, Predictable Passive Income Opportunity

This is a straightforward deed-secured loan, paying 15% annually, distributed as $12,500 per month, for a four-year term.

At a glance:

  • Investment: $1,000,000
  • Annual Return: $150,000 (15%)
  • Monthly Income: $12,500
  • Term: 4 years
  • Total Interest Earned: $600,000
  • Final Payment: Original $1M returned as a balloon payment
  • Security: Deed of Trust recorded in your name

Monthly payments are made automatically from our real estate attorney’s escrow account.

Land-Based Security You Can Actually Touch

Our LLC owns the farm free and clear. Your investment is secured by a recorded deed of trust on a property that visitors routinely describe as “national-park-level beautiful.”

The farm includes:

  • 120+ acres of pasture, forest, and open growing land
  • Located ½ mile from Belews Lake, one of the area’s most popular boating destinations
  • Directly adjoining a 155-acre permanently protected nature preserve
  • A spectacular ¾-mile rock-lined creek running through the heart of the property

Comparable nearby land sales suggest values well above the loan amount, with long-term potential significantly higher.

Why Organic — and Why This Matters

Organic food is no longer a niche; it’s an expectation. Yet much of what’s labeled “organic” is grown far away, harvested early, and lacks true flavor or mineral density.

This farm is designed for four-season production, regenerative soil systems, and advanced greenhouse environments that allow precise climate control. With decades of hands-on experience — including service as a Master Gardener with the county agricultural extension — we know how to grow food that tastes alive because the soil is alive.

A Vision That Grows Carefully

Over time, the farm will support education, workshops, and the gradual launch of organic vegan food carts offering fresh, healthful lunches in populated areas, with long-term plans for thoughtful, values-driven franchising.

Nothing rushed. Nothing overleveraged. Built to endure.

Visit the Land Anytime

As our angel investor, you’re welcome to visit the farm, walk the trails, follow the creek, and experience the calm of the cathedral-like forest as the greenhouses and gardens take shape. We simply ask for advance notice so we can welcome you properly.

MANY VIDEOS OF GOD’S FARM, the vision and farm manager’s bio is at the end

No hype. No urgency.
Just secured passive income — and a chance to help build something rare, beautiful, and real.

Farm Manager’s Bio

Johnny Gregory, manager of Healthful Living LLC is shown here with a LARGE turtle he rescued from the highway during a family trip. His sister, Lou took the picture during the rescue.

Johnny is a Greensboro native. He was born in Greensboro and lived on Fisher Park Circle and then in Irving Park, attending these schools: Irving Park, Aycock, Joyner (AT program) Mendenhall, Page, Virginia Episcopal Prep School, Florida Central Academy (prep school), Western Carolina University and Guilford College.

Johnny is a health enthusiast, tennis player, and longtime vegan/plant-based eater. He had a vegetarian catering business before he switched to a vegan (100% plant-based) diet. This gives him great experience for our upcoming electric food cart lunch business serving the most healthful and tastiest food in the world soon, thanks to you.

He owned an exercise equipment and health products business for 20 years.

To help our needy around town, Johnny volunteered with the Greensboro Urban Ministry in its early days (his mom was on their board) and helped in Guilford County’s feeding  of the local hungry as head of volunteers at the Greensboro Farmer’s Market near A&T State University.

Johnny helped his late mother, Catherine “Kay” Youngblood start and run the Greensboro CROP Walk, which she started. It is a nationwide nonprofit run by volunteer chapters of Church World Services. CROP Walk benefits local food banks across the US.

His mom was called in a newspaper article, “the Mother Teresa of Greensboro.” Johnny’s sister, Lou actually met Mother Teresa while Lou, a now retired physician’s assistant when Lou and her husband, Mark, a retired emergency doctor and former chief of staff and head of the emergency department of a hospital in Colorado were on a world medical missionary trip.

Johnny served as a master gardener for our Guilford County Ag Extension. He also served on Summerfield’s long-term planning green space preservation committee. He introduced cluster housing, wildlife corridors and protecting natural spaces in our area. His work, and that of his friends, made Summerfield a better place to live.

He was a volunteer and assistant coordinator for the Taste of Health Festival in Manhattan, NY working with the organization EarthSave started by John Robbins (of Baskin-Robbins family).

He was a volunteer and volunteer coordinator of Living Light Culinary Institute’s three years of hosting Vibrant Living Expos in Ft. Bragg, CA beside Mendocino.

Our vision is to create an educational organic farm on this beautiful 120 acres which adjoins a 155-acre nature preserve. Johnny has helped create walking trails on the nature preserve several times with other Piedmont Land Conservancy volunteers.

We hope to introduce the year-round growing B.U.G. greenhouse design (Bubble-Insulated, Underground Greenhouse) which will help farmers and gardeners worldwide. We plan to share this design with the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization (UNFAO). These unique greenhouses utilize geothermal warmth, always 55-degrees below the frost line and can grow ANY crop from ANY climate zone, ANYWHERE and ANY TIME OF YEAR. NC will be growing citrus and avocados soon! Thus every hungry person on earth can learn to grow and eat well.

In our future YouTube videos we will invite progressive local and world experts in holistic health, vegan/plant-based sympathetic doctors and other healing professionals to come speak and help educate people everywhere.

Thanks for helping YOURSELF to a farm-secured, automated 15% annual passive income by investing in us with $12,500 loan interest paid monthly for 4 years from our real estate attorney’s escrow account into yours ($1M becomes $1.6M in 4 years)…

You can help a fun service project happen and help make our dreams come true via your profitable angel investment.

As our angel investor you will be given the gate combination and are welcome to bring your family and friends, We just ask you let us know when you want to come visit. Have fun hiking along the creek and watching the greenhouses be built and see the plants growing!

Thanks.

Johnny Gregory
